Michael Blicher is a seasoned veteran of the global automotive industry. He earned a double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. His 35+ years included General Motors, Magna International and 15+ years as Managing Director of MCBNetwrx, an independent international business development firm. He played a pioneering role in the first V2V and V2X activities in Michigan interfacing with MDOT, ITS and the USDOT. Currently, he is supporting Autotalks, LTD integrating their comprehensive solution for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication for the North American market.
